Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates: We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

• Standard Shipping: $15

• Local Delivery (Montreal Only): Free

Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within Canada. Rates and delivery options are outlined above.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within Canada.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays: Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
